Taco Bar

The most popular entrée we sell because we do it the best and we are probably the only ones in town who set it up in a real chafing dish.  It comes with both hard and soft taco shells (two tacos per person), along with chicken AND beef taco meat.  It also comes with Spanish rice, black beans, assorted Scratch made desserts, and all the necessary accompaniments – $12.95

Orange Sesame Chicken

A delicious change of pace from the normal taco bars and box lunches.  We take crispy chicken and toss it  in orange sauce and sprinkle it with toasted sesame seed.  Comes with rice, snap peas, bread knots, and assorted Scratch desserts – $12.95

Chicken Marsala

Chef Mike’s Favorite!  Breaded chicken breast smothered in a marsala wine mushroom sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes, veggies, bread knots, and assorted Scratch desserts – $12.95

Chicken Spiedini

Chef Tom’s Favorite!  We take fresh raw chicken tenders and marinate them in lemon juice and Italian dressing overnight before breading them in seasoned bread crumbs the day of your event and searing them to perfection on the grill.  Comes with rice, veggies, bread knots, and assorted Scratch desserts – $12.95

Our made from Scratch marinera or pesto cream sauce based entrees are always crowd pleasers.  Choose one entrée from the options below for groups of 15 to 30, or ask about the red & white two entrée set up that satisfies almost all larger groups – $12.95
